Reviews that made us happy-cry

Dog walking

We have tried three walkers over the years, and Moose has never been this excited to see anyone at the door. The photo reports after each walk honestly make my workday.

Drop-in visits

Our two rescue cats hide from strangers, so I was nervous before our trip. Elena sent photos every day, and by day three Pepper was sitting on her lap. We came home to relaxed cats and a spotless litter tray.

Overnight pet sitting

Overnight sitting changed how we travel. Bruno is twelve and has arthritis, and kennels stressed him out. His routine stayed exactly the same, medication included, and he barely noticed we were gone.

Nala used to shake at the groomer. With Jordan she lies down and enjoys being pampered, and the nail trims are finally drama free.

Puppy care visits

Puppy visits saved our sanity in those first months. Waffles was house trained faster than we expected, and the notes after each visit kept us consistent.

Booking takes a minute, they always confirm quickly, and it is the same friendly face every week. It feels like having a neighbor who adores your dog as much as you do.

Questions? We have treats. And answers.

Everything you need to know before your first visit. Can't find yours? Give us a shout.

Still curious?

Office line Mon to Sat, 8am to 6pm

How does the free meet and greet work?

Before your first booking, your caregiver visits your home for about 20 minutes to meet your pets, learn their routine and go over keys, feeding and any medication. It is free and there is no obligation to book.

Are your caregivers insured and background checked?

Yes. Every caregiver passes a background check, is trained in pet first aid and is covered by our liability insurance and bonding.

Will I get the same caregiver every time?

For regular bookings, yes. You get one main caregiver plus a backup who has also met your pets, so there is always a familiar face, even on holidays and sick days.

How do you keep my keys and home safe?

Keys are coded and stored in a locked safe, never labeled with your address. We are also happy to use lockboxes, smart locks or door codes.

What happens if my pet gets sick or hurt?

We contact you right away and, if needed, take your pet to your regular vet or the nearest emergency clinic. We collect your vet details and emergency contacts at the meet and greet.

How far ahead should I book, and can I cancel?

A week ahead is ideal, and holidays fill up fast, so book those a month or more in advance. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before a visit, or 72 hours before an overnight stay.
